Policies
  • Rates are in US Dollars, based on double occupancy
  • Meals (other than lunch on tours' day) are not included. We will be happy to give you sugestions to some of our favorites Placencia village's restaurants
  • Tips to guides are not included
  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due on arrival.
  • If a cancellation is received in writing before 30 days prior to the visitor's arrival at Captain Jak's there will be a full refund. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the thirty day period or later.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure under circumstances that may make operations of the trip inadvisable. All tours payments, which were received, will be promptly refunded.
