Our spacious and comfortable, two-story
villas are nestled in a lush tropical garden and open up
to a view of the tranquil Placencia lagoon and the majestic
Maya Mountains. Downstairs you’ll find a cozy kitchen
equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink –
everything you’ll need to cook a meal in paradise,
a comfortable living room , a full bathroom with hot &
cold tub & shower, and a large front porch complete
with a hammock for relaxing in. Upstairs has a screened
in balcony and two bedrooms, both furnished with a Queen
or Double size bed

Our Private Villa, a 2 bedroom + mezzanine can sleep up to/8 people. A/C in bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room with large screen TV, wireless internet, full kitchen, verandas, one facing sunrise and the other sunset. Observation deck with a view of the entire village, Maya Mountains, and Caribbean Sea . A perfect villa for small group or family. There are a 2 queen, a full, and 2 singles beds.
The Private villa DO NOT include daily housekeeping, although clean linens are available anytime upon request. If you require daily housekeeping service please add $30 US/night

- All charges are subject to a government hotel tax, which
is currently 9%
- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights and 5 nights during peak time.
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No tentative booking is confirmed until we received the deposit form.
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 60 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus $50.00usd (per unit per week) cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the sixty day period or later.
Unfortunately we can not offer refunds within the cancellation periods as a result of airline delays, strikes, political unrest, world events, weather conditions, travel advisories or acts of God including hurricanes or personal emergencies. We strongly recommend travel insurance in order to safeguard against such potential circumstances.
