Our spacious and comfortable, two-story
villas are nestled in a lush tropical garden and open up
to a view of the tranquil Placencia lagoon and the majestic
Maya Mountains. Downstairs you’ll find a cozy kitchen
equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove and sink –
everything you’ll need to cook a meal in paradise,
a comfortable living room , a full bathroom with hot &
cold tub & shower, and a large front porch complete
with a hammock for relaxing in. Upstairs has a screened
in balcony and two bedrooms, both furnished with a Queen
or Double size bed

Our Private villa, a 2 bedroom + mezzanine can sleep up to/8 people. A/C in bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room with large screen TV, Internet access, modern kitchen, porches. One facing Maya Mountains and Lagoon. Roof top terrace and a terrace Jacuzzis view on the entire village and Maya Mountain. A perfect villa for small group or family. There are a queen, a full, 2 singles and a double futon bed.
The Private villa DO NOT include daily housekeeping, although clean linens are available anytime upon request. If you require daily housekeeping service please add $30 US/night

- There is a minimum stay of 3 nights and 5 nights during peak time.
- A 50% deposit is required upon booking to guarantee reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- If a cancellation is received in writing before 45 days prior to the visitor's arrival there will be a full refund minus a 5% (of the deposit amount) or $50.00usd cancelation fee. A refund cannot be given, for any reason whatsoever, if the written cancellation is received within the forty-five day period or later. This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, or personal issues.
